整合元件制造厂（Integrated device manufacturer，IDM）是指一家包括了设计、生产及销售集成电路产品的半导体公司[1]。半导体制造厂原只有整合元件制造厂，及后因为市场需求，只负责生产的晶圆代工才出现。
遵循IDM模式的典型制造商是英特尔（Intel）。
