拍卤(白话字:phah-ló̍;越南语:Phá lấu),是起源于中国潮汕地区,流行于越南胡志明市的卤味食品[1],为猪、牛或鸭下水在五香粉香料汤中炖制而成,有时亦会添加咖喱粉[2]。食用时搭配米饭、面线或越式法包等主食,可蘸取胡椒、青柠、金桔和辣椒鱼露调味。
