第302步兵师（德语：302. Infanterie-Division）是纳粹德国国防军陆军的一个步兵师。该师于1940年11月组建[1]。该师组建后，首次作战为应对盟军在迪耶普的登陆，1943年1月调往东线，此后一直在当地作战。
该师在第聂伯河-喀尔巴阡山脉攻势期间遭受重创，最后于1944年8月解散，其残部归入其他部队。
