大阪市电（日语：大阪市電／おおさかしでん Ōsaka shiden */?）是20世纪早期时大阪市的有轨电车系统，由大阪市交通局运营。大阪市电开业于1903年，是日本首个公营有轨电车。1969年3月31日，大阪市电停止运行，是当时政令指定都市中第一个完全废除市电的城市。现在仍有部分大阪市电的电车在广岛电铁使用。
