大花可可树（学名：Theobroma grandiflorum）[2]，或音译作古布阿苏（Cupuaçu），属于一类热带雨林树，是可可属的一个物种，跟可可树同属一个属[3]。原生于亚马逊盆地，本物种在当地很常见，并且在巴西北部的森林有自然的栽种。当中以巴西的帕拉州、亚马孙州及阿马帕州，还有哥伦比亚、玻利维亚及秘鲁均有种植[3]。有指非洲的加纳亦有栽种本物种[4]，但未必可信。本物种的果肉在整个中南美洲均有人食用，特别是巴西北部的多个州[5]，也常被用于制作雪糕、能量棒[6]等食物及其他产品[7][8]。
