《哈比人的历史》（英语：The History of The Hobbit）是J·R·R·托尔金奇幻小说，以哈比人为主角。共分为两卷，第一卷名为“巴金斯先生”（Mr. Baggins），第二卷名为“重返袋底洞”（Return to Bag-End）[1]。
出版历史
《哈比人的历史》在2007年6月和7月由哈泼柯林斯（Harper Collins）在英国出版，2007年9月21日由霍顿·米夫林在美国出版。《哈比人》与《哈比人的历史》的套装版本在10月26日出版。一个单一的版本于2011年10月27日出版。
两卷托尔金的未发表的小说草稿由John D. Rateliff完成[2]。它也包含托尔金的各种《哈比人的历史》修订版细节，包括未发表的第三个版本，与以前未发表的原始地图、托尔金自己绘制的插图[3]。
