吴㧑谦（1541年—？），字汝则，江西抚州府临川县人，民籍，明朝政治人物。

生平
隆庆四年（1570年）庚午科江西乡试第三十六名。隆庆五年（1571年）联捷辛未科三甲第二百二十三名进士[1][2]。授遂安知县，升任南工部主事[3]。万历十一年任镇江知府[4]，十三年，曹一鹏知镇江，㧑谦改为两淮运判。万历十六年，由绍兴兵备再贬两浙运判[5]。十九年升任嘉兴府知府。
