史蒂芬·詹姆斯·默切特（Stephen James Merchant，1974年11月24日—）是一个英国作家、导演、电台主持人、喜剧演员和演员。他编剧并出演过多部英国电视剧和电影。最著名的是与瑞吉·葛文的合作，联合编导广受欢迎的英国情景喜剧《办公室风云》，并联合编导和合演《Extras》，共同承办葛文的联合场剧，其中形式包含收音机，播客，有声读物和电视节目。该剧曾获得索尼奖的铜牌奖。
