刘伯承旧居位于重庆市开县赵家镇周都村，文物遗址年代判定为1892年。1991年4月16日公布为四川省第三批省级重点文物保护单位[1]。2000年9月7日列为第一批重庆市文物保护单位[2]。2013年3月5日公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位[3]。
