前鼻化辅音（英语：prenasalizd consonant）又译鼻冠音，是指一个鼻音和一个阻碍音听起来像是一个单一辅音[1]。包括彝语北部方言和纳西语在内的缅彝语群的彝语支语言很多都有前鼻化辅音这一现象。
