前平举是一种负重训练,主要训练部位为三角肌前束;其次为前锯肌肱二头肌胸大肌锁骨的部分。开始动作双手垂直,两边肩膀同时用力将杠铃哑铃或钢索慢慢向前提起,完成时手臂与地面平衡。锻炼者可以选择以站立或坐姿完成动作,亦可以左右手轮流交替。
