列斯诺伊（俄语：Лесно́й）是俄罗斯斯维尔德洛夫斯克州西部的一个保密行政区，位于图拉河畔，距叶卡捷琳堡西北254公里。2002年人口53,195人。
1947年开埠，以支援浓缩铀和核武器的生产。1954年被列为保密行政区，称斯维尔德洛夫斯克-45（Свердловск-45）。1992年改为现名。
