中国鸟脚龙属[1]（学名：Sinornithoides，意为“中国的鸟类外形”），又名中国鸟形龙[2]，是一种小型肉食性恐龙，属于兽脚亚目伤齿龙科，身长为1米。中国鸟脚龙生存于早白垩纪巴列姆阶的中国内蒙古，约1亿1300万年前，可能以小型哺乳类与昆虫为食。
模式种为杨氏中国鸟脚龙（Sinornithoides youngi），是由戴尔·罗素（Dale Russell）与董枝明在1993年所叙述、命名。正模标本发现于伊金霍洛组（Ejinhoro Formation），是个几乎完整、关节仍连阶的骨骼，只缺少头骨、颈椎、背椎等部分。如同寐龙的化石，中国鸟脚龙正模标本的口鼻部位于左前肢之下，处于鸟类栖息的状态。
