东伊朗语支是在约公元前4世纪出现的伊朗语支的一个语支。阿维斯陀语通常被归为早期东伊朗语。现存最大的东伊朗语是普什图语，在阿富汗的阿姆河和巴基斯坦的印度河之间有大约4000-6000万人使用。第二大东伊朗语支语言是奥塞梯语，大约有600,000 人使用。所有其他语言的使用者总和不到200,000人^[2]。
