OggConvert是自由开源的Vorbis转码软件，支持各种格式的数码音频与视频档案，以及Theora、VP8与Dirac影帧式。它支持Ogg、Matroska与WebM输出格式。开发人员只有一名作者，是以Linux为主，还有翻译社群人员支持。
名义上它是GNOME工具软件，但它的运作是依靠GStreamer的Python bindings封装与GTK+函数库，这样才可以在多个桌面环境执行。从作者页面可以下载封装文件，支持Ubuntu、Fedora Linux[1]、Debian[2]与Windows。
