景观生态学（英語：landscape ecology，又名地景生態學）是研究和改善环境中的生态过程与特定生态系统之间的关系的科学。这是在不同景观尺度、发展空间格局以及研究和政策的组织层次上完成的。简而言之，景观生态学是景观多样性的科学，而景观多样性是生物多樣性和地质多样性（英语：geodiversity）协同作用的结果。
