1961年牙买加西印度群岛联邦成员公投（英语：1961 Jamaican Federation of the West Indies membership referendum）是牙买加政府于1961年9月19日举行的关于牙买加是否继续保留西印度群岛联邦成员资格的全民公投。[1][2]牙买加人被问及“牙买加是否应该留在西印度群岛联邦？”结果是54.1%的人投反对票，导致该国离开西印度群岛联邦。此次公投之投票率为61.5%。[3]
