庞贝剧场

庞贝剧场（拉丁语：Theatrum Pompeium、意大利语：Teatro di Pompeo）是古罗马时期的一座建筑，修建于罗马共和国后期，于公元前61年开工，公元前55年竣工，修建耗时7年^[1]。庞贝剧场是罗马第一个永久性剧场，也曾长期是世界最大的剧场，更成为之后众多剧场的原型。中世纪之后，庞贝剧场逐渐被拆除，其石材被用来建设其他建筑。
