黄金时段艾美奖喜剧类最佳女客串演员（英语：Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series），是为了表扬每年美国黄金时段播映的喜剧类剧集中表演最出色的女性客串演员而设立之奖项。
最新一届得主为凯西·贝兹（Kathy Bates），她凭着于CBS的《好汉两个半》（Two and a Half Men）饰演查理·哈珀（Charlie Harper）的鬼魂而于2012年的第64届黄金时段艾美奖获奖。[1][2]客串演员的奖项虽然归类于演出类，但其实颁奖时是与其他创意艺术奖（Creative Art Awards）一起颁发，而不是在黄金时段艾美奖的典礼上颁发。创意艺术奖的颁奖典礼通常较后者早几天颁发。
