黄宣平，CBE，OBE，JP（1910年12月19日—1981年6月28日）上海商人。1940年曾在上海被绑架勒索500万元法币[1]。1947年来到香港后，从事经营冰箱、冷气工程业务，并担任多间香港公司董事。1960年至1968年获英属香港政府委任为市政局议员。1965年至1974年出任香港立法局非官守议员[2]。黄宣平热心社会服务，曾担任香港红十字会主席、保良局名誉副会长、香港扶轮社社长、香港公益金副会长等职，因此于1961年获委任为太平绅士。1967年获OBE勋衔。1974年获CBE勋衔。1981年6月28日因心脏病发逝世[3]。
