邵穆布于康熙四十五（1706年）－康熙四十八年（1709年），奉旨接替阿山担任两江总督。正式官衔为“总督两江等处地方提督军务、粮饟、操江、统辖南河事务”的两江总督，是清朝九位最高级的封疆大臣之一，总管中国江苏、安徽和江西三省的军民政务。
