第八代德文郡公爵史宾赛·康普顿·卡文迪许（英语：Spencer Compton Cavendish, 8th Duke of Devonshire，1833年7月23日—1908年3月24日），1891年继承公爵爵位前称为哈廷顿侯爵（Marquess of Hartington），是英国政治人物，自由统一党的成员。在首相威廉·格莱斯顿任内先后担任印度事务大臣（1880—1882）、陆军大臣（1882—1885），1895年起担任枢密院议长。
