玫瑰虾（学名： Neocaridina davidi var. red），又名火焰虾[1]或樱花虾[2]以及樱桃虾，是来自台湾的一种淡水虾，为黑壳虾经人工繁殖之改良品种，其色为浅红且成网纹，具观赏价值。若其色为遍体深红或酒红者，则会赋以美名为极火虾或烤漆虾，但在观赏水族市场上没有清楚明确的分级标准，并非称为极火虾即有相同程度的品质。目前除红色虾系外，已改良出多色鲜艳的新米虾，如蓝、黄、橘、黑、绿、琉璃，深受水族小缸或水草缸玩家喜爱。
牠们喜欢干净的水，pH 6.5-8，水温范围摄氏14-29度，最适当水温为摄氏22度。
