简历
他曾就读天主教总堂区学校、金文泰中学及香港中文大学生物化学系，于2002年至2012年任职《明报周刊》娱乐组资深记者。2012年转职香港商业电台，现职商业电台节目《1圈圈》主持及对外事务部总监[2]。
