肃哀王朱识𬭎（？—1643年），明朝第九代肃王，宪王朱绅尧的嫡第一子。他在万历四十二年（1614年）受封世子，天启元年（1621年）袭封肃王。他在位二十二年。崇祯十六年（1643年），张献忠攻陷兰州，朱识𬭎死于流贼之难被杀，明肃国灭亡。
