文字烧（日语：もんじゃ焼き／もんじゃやき monjyayaki，通称もんじゃ）是一种发祥于东京月岛、盛行于关东地方的铁板烧小吃。将蔬菜肉类置于铁板上，再淋上面糊煎至凝固。其形式类似什锦烧，但口感更为浓稠。[1]

源流
文字烧的起源，据传最早为近畿地方什锦烧的改良。当时关东的点心店为吸引儿童客群，将什锦烧做得更为浓稠并制成甜食。孩童常边吃边练字，因而得名。近代咸味文字烧则发源自战后昭和20年代的浅草。[2]
