巴西蛇鲻，为辐鳍鱼纲仙女鱼目合齿鱼亚目合齿鱼科的其中一种，分布于东大西洋区，从毛里塔尼亚至安哥拉、西大西洋区，从美国北卡罗莱纳州至巴西Santa Catarina海域，栖息深度18-410米，体长可达25公分，为底栖性鱼类，生活在大陆棚，属肉食性，生活习性不明，可做为食用鱼。
