生平
祖崔璜，父崔诚。龟从是元和十二年进士，登贤良方正制科。拜右拾遗。太和二年，改太常博士。开成元年十二月，为华州防御使[1]。长庆三年，以大理评事从事河中府。官至户部尚书、同平章事。“长于礼学，精历代沿革，问无不通”[2]，监修《续唐历》。崔殷梦即其子。
