大头鳄科（Pholidosauridae）是群已灭绝鳄类，属于鳄形超目的中真鳄类。化石已在美国、加拿大、中国、吉尔吉斯、尼日、马利、阿尔及利亚、摩洛哥、突尼斯、西班牙等地发现。大头鳄科出现于侏罗纪中期（卡洛夫阶），在白垩纪（土仑阶）灭绝。
