地理区（英语：Regions of Uganda）是乌干达的行政区划，全国总共分成四个地理区，分别是东部区、西部区、中部区以及北部区。[1]2002年，这四个地理区划分为56个区。截至2010年，这四个地理区又划分为111个区以及乌干达首都坎帕拉[2]。
