国际辐射单位与度量委员会（英语：International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements，简称ICRU）是一标准化组织，1925年由国际放射学会议（International Congress of Radiology）成立。其目的是发展对物理量、辐射单位与放射性的国际性容许建议，以及统合度量程序与物理数据。
