吉尔福德伯爵（Earl of Guilford）属于大不列颠贵族爵位，创立于1752年。
此伯爵爵位额外附有萨里郡吉尔福德的吉尔福德男爵（Baron Guilford, of Guilford in the County of Surrey），此男爵爵位设于1683年，属于英格兰贵族爵位。只有吉尔福德伯爵爵位的继承人可使用此男爵的头衔，而礼貌上的头衔是诺斯勋爵。
然而，后世一般所指的诺斯勋爵，是第二代吉尔福德伯爵诺斯，即后来的第二代吉尔福德伯爵。他曾自1770年至1782年出任首相一职。
吉尔福德伯爵现今的家族宅第位于肯特郡多佛尔附近（Waldershare House）。至于头衔所指，位于萨里的吉尔福德，现今的英文串法是Guildford，与旧时略有不同。
