吉列(英语:cutlet,源自法文côtelette)原本泛指片,现已特指经油炸过后的肉片,常见于日本料理,称为“カツ”。吉列通常是将主料先沾上面包糠再放于热中,炸至外脆内嫩。吉列的主料有很多,例如猪排鸡排牡蛎)等。
