凯特·萨默斯凯尔（英语：Kate Summerscale，1965年—）是一名英国作家及记者。萨默斯凯尔小时候曾居于日本及智利，后来回到牛津大学完成学位课程及于斯坦福大学获得传理学的硕士学位。工作上，她曾任职独立报及每日电讯报，又为卫报撰写文章。写作上，她凭《鲸礁的女王》获得1998年的毛姆文学奖。2008年，她凭《威彻尔先生的猜疑》赢得萨缪尔·约翰逊奖。
