何丽嫦（英语：Cora Ho Lai-sheung，1963年2月17日—[1]），香港前公务员，退休前任职“一带一路”办公室副主任[2]，曾担任沙田民政事务专员。何在1985年大学毕业后加入香港警务处担任督察，及后在1995年转任政务主任[1][3] 。何在民政事务专员任期内曾于2016年香港立法会选举中担任新界东选区选举主任，协助选举管理委员会推行政治审查制度，并在2016年裁定梁天琦及陈国强的提名无效[4]，亦因而收到藏有刀片的恐吓信[3]。她在2018年担任商务及经济发展局副秘书长时[5]，再获委任为官守太平绅士[6]。
