何薳（1077年—1145年），北宋人士。字子远[1]，一作子楚[2]，建宁军浦城县人。
其父何去非获苏轼荐举得官。何薳长于诗，精琴艺[3]，曾任富阳令[4]，见章惇、蔡京误国，“时事日非，遂不仕”[4]。隐于其父墓地韩青谷（今浙江），遂自号韩青老农，人称东都遗老[5]。著有《春渚纪闻》10卷[6]。
