劉靖夫（1886年—1944年），山東章丘人，金陵大學附屬中學首任華人校長。

生平
曾畢業於匯文書院成美館，1906年畢業於匯文書院。畢業後幫其父主持南徐中學事務，1910年遷至金陵，於金陵大學先後任圖書館首任館長、教育系主任，為《金陵光》創刊時總經理。1921年-1926年於哥倫比亞大學研究院學習，獲教育學碩士學位。1927年11月兼任金陵大學附屬中學校長[1]:28，1929年辭職[1]:39。
