民間法庭

民間法庭（英語：People's Tribunal），或民間法院指由非政府機構所組織的法庭，主要用作審判政府的反人權罪行。著名的民間法庭包括：

• 羅素法庭 (Russel Tribunal)，審判美軍在越戰中的罪行
  • 永久民間法庭 (Permanent Peoples' Tribunal)，羅素法庭在1979年的繼承者
• 伊朗法庭(Iran Tribunal)
• 國際人民法庭 (International People's Tribunal)^[1]
• 中國法庭 (China Tribunal)^[2]，審判中國政府在強摘器官案中的罪行
• 印度民間法庭(Indian People's Tribunal)，或獨立民間法庭(Independent People's Tribunal)^[3]
• 緬甸民間法庭 (People's Tribunal on Myanmar)^[4]
• 克什米爾人權及公義國際民間法庭 (International People's Tribunal on Human Rights and Justice in Kashmir)^[5]
