聖母無原罪主教座堂（英語：Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception）是天主教京士頓總教區的主教座堂，位於加拿大安大略省京士頓。它是沿着600米的教士街（Clergy Street）的四座教堂之一，另外三座是查默斯聯合教會（Chalmers United Church）、長老會聖安德烈堂（St Andrew's Presbyterian Church）和皇后街聯合教會（Queen Street United Church）。
歷史
該堂由建築師占士·鮑斯設計，於1842年開工[1]，1848年10月4日竣工。1889年擴建，由約瑟夫·康諾利設計[2]。
尖頂高 242英尺[3]，是全市最高建築。
