克羅原則(Krogh's principle)是生物學中的一個原則,指對大多數問題,總會有某種動物最適合於這一問題的研究。這一原則在依賴比較方法的領域,如神經行為學、比較生理學、功能基因組學等中,都有廣泛的應用。
克羅原則是以丹麥生理學家、諾貝爾獎得主奧古斯特·克羅的名字命名的。1975年,另一諾貝爾獎得主、生物化學家漢斯·阿道夫·克雷布斯最早使用了這一術語。
