小泉源一（日語：小泉 源一 Koizumi Gen'ichi，1883年11月1日—1953年12月21日[2][3]），日本植物學家，專攻薔薇屬、梅亞科（Rosaceae）、楓屬（Aceraceae）、桑樹屬（mulberries），以及其他植物物種。他的名字，有時音譯為「Gen’ichi」、「Gen-Iti」[4]或「Koizumi」。師從松村任三，1919年任職京都大學助理教授[2]，1953年12月20日因腦血管破裂而意識不明，於次日過世[3]。
