bTV是保加利亞的首個全國性私人電視台，由隸屬於中歐傳媒企業（CME）的bTV傳媒集團運營。報告稱該台為保加利亞收視人數最多的電視台。bTV最初由新聞集團下屬的巴爾幹新聞公司運營，2010年2月18日，新聞集團宣佈出售100%的股份給CME。bTV現佔有保加利亞37%的市場。
