第十三屆華語電影傳媒大獎將於2013年8月18日在福建泉州的海峽體育中心體育館舉行。提名名單於5月28日公佈，在主競賽單元的九個獎項中，內地影片《萬箭穿心》以六項提名領跑，加上「百家傳媒致敬大獎」里的提名，該片總共獲得八項提名。而台灣電影《逆光飛翔》與另一部內地電影《邊境風雲》在主單元分別以五項、四項提名緊隨其後[1]。
最終《邊境風雲》獲得最佳電影和最佳新導演獎；《神探亨特張》獲得最佳導演；《一九四二》獲得編劇和百家傳媒年度致敬電影；《寒戰》獲得男主角；《萬箭穿心》獲得女主角。
