1998 年通訊及多媒體法令（馬來語：Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 ) 是馬來西亞國會的一項法案。 其制定目的在於提供和互聯網和多媒體行業及其附帶事項。不過該法案沒有提到網絡審查。 從而導致這項法案並不具有法律效益, 但是馬來西亞目前還是在遵守這個法案上面的內容
