線粒體16S rRNA

線粒體16S RNA是一種存在於線粒體核糖體（mitoribosome，MR）39S核糖體亞基中的rRNA。^[1]^[2]在人類細胞的線粒體中，該rRNA由MT-RNR2 基因編碼。MT-RNR2基因還同時編碼了能抑制阿爾茨海默症相關基因表達的humanin。^[3]^[4]
