龔玄之（?—?），中國東晉隱士，字道玄，武陵郡漢壽縣（今湖南省漢壽縣北）人。長沙相、散騎常侍龔登之子。
龔玄之沉靜好學，安於陋巷。州舉秀才，公府徵辟，沒有出仕。晉孝武帝下詔與戴逵同時被征為散騎常侍、國子博士，龔玄之固辭不就。不久去世，時年五十八歲。侄子龔元壽。
