生平
1963年，畢業於華東水利學院（現河海大學）。1994年至2001年，擔任長江水利委員會主任。在1998年長江洪水中，負責長江重要堤防隱蔽工程建設工作[1]。此外他參加過丹江口、阿富汗帕爾旺、葛洲壩及深圳機場場道防滲攔淤堤等工程的設計研究工作[2][3]。
