黃友義（1953年6月—），男，回族，中華人民共和國翻譯家，曾任中國外文局副局長、總編輯、中國翻譯協會副會長兼秘書長，第十一屆全國政協委員。
生平
1970年12月加入中國共產黨。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表對外友好界，分入第四十七組。並擔任外事委員會專委。[2]中國國家主席英文名稱由chairman改為president既是他主張的結果。
