高所蘊（?—?），字爾施，號宏室。淄川人。
高汝登之孫，高舉之子，萬曆壬子（1612年）考取副榜，贈授中憲大夫、通奉大夫、宗人府府丞。長於經學。娶兵部尚書王象乾之女。當時高所蘊並無功名，王夫人畢氏不滿意這婚事，但王象乾堅持聯姻。[1]妻王氏二十八歲卒，繼娶袁氏。著《無生詮》等書。有二子高瑋、高珩。
