革命共產主義團體（西班牙語：Grupo Comunista Revolucionario，縮寫為GCR）是哥倫比亞的一個共產主義政治組織。該組織成立於1980年，由哥倫比亞多個毛派組織合併而成。該組織的政治立場是極左翼。該組織的意識形態是共產主義、馬列毛主義。該組織一直秉承美國革命共產黨領導人鮑勃·阿瓦基安提出的「新綜合」方案[1]。該組織的青年翼是「紅衛兵」。該組織出版報紙《共產主義黎明》[2]。該組織曾是革命國際主義運動的成員[3][4]。
